Ah, the steam. If a poker player states never to have looked down the barrel of an upcoming poker tilt – they are either telling a lie or they have not been wagering very long. This does not indicate of course that every player has gone on steam before, a few people have wonderful control and carry their squanderings as a defeat and leave it at that. To be a strong poker player, it is absolutely crucial to treat your wins and your losses in the same manner – with no emotion. You participate in the match in the same manner you did following a tough loss as you would after winning a big hand. All poker pros are not charmed by tilting after a bad defeat as they are highly seasoned and you really should be to.
You must understand that you can not win every hand you’re in, even if you are the front runner.
